I had previously blogged about this place before and took some pics of the place but that was during lunch and the lighting was not suitable for taking good pics. This time, we went for dinner and the lighting was just perfect and I managed to capture some shots of the place and food.
We arrived at Las Caretas at dinnertime and were ushered to our favourite table. My nephew is a regular here and the staff knew what he liked. We ordered our drinks and the starters came almost immediately. It was Nachos with dipping sauce and my nephew requested some Jalapenos to add on to the dip for the extra 'kick'. Next came our main dishes like Fajitas c/w sizzling chicken and tortillas amd also Chili Con Carne which is stewed minced beef with kidney beans and served with Mexican rice.

Dinner was awesome and we also ordered a serving of fiery Habaneros for the extra punch. Next, we had dessert which was Chimichanga, a pair of deep fried burritos with apple stuffing served with ice cream and cream topping.

It is a perfect place for dining especially if you are into Tex-Mex cuisine and conveniently located in Jalan Semantan, Damansara Heights. It has become one of my favourite dining places for Tex-Mex food.
